Every Day, I practice. I form good habits and I practice returning to them on a regular basis. I have certain things I do daily, like walking, yoga and spinning on my stationary bike. I do my art every day, I do some things every week—like go to a weight watchers meeting –it helps me stay on track with healthy eating. I go to my goal setting group every week and I get great support from my artist friends. I do other things on a monthly schedule—like go to my chiropractor to get a little “tune-up” for my body. Every little bit helps keep the healthy balance.
