This is one of my puzzle interchange quilts and I have used some beautiful hand made Japanese shibori fabric that I bought at Kasuri Dyworks in Berkeley while I was teaching a weekend workshop. The fabric is very precious and well made by individual artists in Japan. For a long time I did not want to cut it up for a quilt. But finally I did and this is it! The materials and techniques are machine appliqué, fabric, thread, machine quilted.
